Members of the DCAR Executive Committee and Board of Trustees attended the DC Building Industry Association’s Annual Awards Banquet and 50th Anniversary Celebration as proud partners and sponsors. This relationship, championed by Past President Tom Daley, reflects a simple but powerful idea: the professionals who help people buy and sell homes in this city belong at the table with the people who build it. That partnership produced real results last year when our two organizations helped pass the Rental Act, a win BIA President Clint Mann of Urban Pace acknowledged from the stage. More legislative work is ahead, and we are heading into it together.
